BBQ Pork Tenderloin

2 pork tenderloins, halved
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp ketchup
juice from 1 orange
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
pinch of black pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, ketchup, orange juice, thyme and pinch of pepper. Add meat and coat well. Set bowl aside, allowing meat to marinate for 15 minutes. Arrange meat in baking dish in a single layer, reserve marinade. Bake 30 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, turn over meat and spoon marinate over it, then return to over it, then return it to oven. Slice meat and divide among 4 plates. Season with salt and pepper.
