Great post topic! I discovered this a little while ago. I am also at the plateau and have had to change up what I eat and my workouts sometimes week-to-week and month-to-month now. I have started adding HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training to my workouts. This type of workout includes explosive moves in short periods of time sort of like the NTC app. As Blogilates creator, Cassey Ho explains it, “HIIT allows you to burn the most fat while toning your muscles, so it’s quick, short, and sweet.” Blogilates and BodyRock.TV on YouTube have used this form of training.


Try it I know you will be sweating in no time!
