I CHALLENGE YOU to a mini-challenge!
I challenge you to do this every morning and night. No excuses! It takes no time at all!
In the morning do 100 crunches and 10 push-ups. At night do 200 crunches and 20 push-ups.
This is what I am doing for 10 days! I started this yesteray; I usually only do 200 crunches at night on some days, but I have a wedding to attend in 11 days and I want to look my extra best! Now this is in addition to my work-outs, 1-2 times a day, and eating right, but although I would love for you to do this too in addition to the challenge, the mini-challenge is good enough if that's what you feel you can agree to do for yourself! I want to hear your feedback! I started off back in August just doing sit-ups and crunches each night and that gave me definite improvements alone, so I knew if I worked out and ate better that it would really work wonders!
