Anyways! I only did a short workout because I had such a long workout earlier, I was doing my hair and I got sucked into my Monday night TV. Oops! Hey, but at least I did the second workout! The workout was short, but it still had me dying! Here's 1 ab and 1 cardio video...10 minutes each, plus I ended with 50 elevated push-ups and 200 crunches! Goodnight!
