I have been seeing commercials about a new trend in nails: stick-on nail art, and I had to try it! I love anything that makes doing my own nails fun and easy. I like doing my own nails; it saves me money from going back and forth to nail shop.

My Review

Putting on the Designs

Here is my take on the experience.

The directions explain that all you have to do is Peel, Place and File. I tried that and it is not that simple. Instead I had to pick the best option to place on each toe, then use small scissors to cut off the access (I'm not sure what they were thinking because those little Emory boards they included were not taking off the access at all!), and you had to keep rubbing the nails (Patience.) to make them stick on completely. So the part they say about time well it is quick but not as quick and easy as they describe. I also have too small of a baby toe nail so I ended up painting it the background color because the sticker would not work.

Other Uses

You can also cut the appliqués into shaped to create other designs. You can also mix and match designs. It's up to you.

How long does it last?

The box says that the stickers/nail art only lasts 10 days. I was sure it wouldn't even last that long! I wore sandals, tennis shoes, heels, worked out, bathed and showered and they never came off. They also lasted 17 days, 7 days more than the pack said! I am sure I will get better and better at using these! I'm impressed! (There's one called that as-a-matter of fact!) I recommend you try them. I have not tried the other brands or designs out there, but I'm sure they work just the same if not better.

Takeoff

Taking them off is so simple. It does not require any nail polish remover or anything. All you do is pull it off and you're done. That's it. Easy as 1, 2, 3.

I'm sure you can find them anywhere, but I have seen some at Target and Claire's for sure.
