Where Have You Been?
Sorry butterflies out there. I know I have been missing from the blog a lot lately, but I have several things going on right now and have been less visible. I am doing graduate summer classes (which has taken up a lot of my time!) , I have been working, I have been looking for a permanent position, and I have been trying to see if I want to become a BeachBody® coach! Yes, I said it! I have been asked to become a BeachBody® coach and am pondering the idea. BeachBody® is responsible for Insanity®, Insanity: The Asylum®, Body Beast®, P90X® and so many other popular workout systems. What do you all think? Should I give it a try? Would you all follow me and become apart of my GLAMFIT community. Without the title, I have been on this journey to not only help you all achieve your weight-loss goals and mine as well. If I can help one somebody then all of this blogging and advice will be worth it. I have always loved helping people and this is just another way I know I can help the Obesity numbers go down in the US. Let’s WORK IT OUT together!!!
New Workout Calendar
Please checkout the new addition to my blog. I have provided for you targeted areas to focus on for your daily workout routines. It is just a guideline, but it has been very helpful in my weight-loss journey. This has truly kept me on track. I never have to make up something to do each day. I know exactly what to do. I tape this up in an area of my room that I know I can not avoid each day and I mark on it with a checkmark if I did the workout and how long (hopefully 45-90 minutes a day),. This is a very useful tool believe it or not!
