Curvy Girl Problems

I used to be one of those people who wanted the "thigh gap," but I love and embrace my curves more now.

As I look in the mirror, I am absolutely loving myself with every inch and pound "gone." I use "gone" because "lost" implies that it is something I plan on finding or wanting back ever. I am trying to rid this unhealthy crap that has been holding me back all of my life. I never ever ever EVER want to "find" it again! I want to be fresh, new and love all of myself. I want to live longer, feel better and not stress about doctor visits as far as weight and the problems that come along with it are concerned. I am on a new life journey that I had no idea I would love and conform to so much. I can't see myself without eating healthy and not working out and without the community of social friendships I have garnered on this journey! It is A-maze-zing (I know how to spell. I spelled it phonetically and exactly how I just said it in my head btw!) My life is forever changed.

Oh yea back to the thigh thing: I just rather my thighs not make forest fires when I walk. Thighs rubbing together hurts, can cause irritation, can create burns and sores and is just not very cute at all. Check out Blogilates for some very good inner thigh workouts. Lol yep that is my recommendation for everything!

I'm supposed to try this Insanity thing. Can you say scared shitless?! I am going to see what I can do after I cut my gym membership. The price for Insanity is steep for me at the moment and I am on a very long wait list for it at the public library. Jeesh! I will definitely be blogging more when I finally start it for sure! I will tell you every single whoa, ooh, ahh, *bleep* and so on! LOL! Until then I am simply obsessed with Blogilates, assisted barbell squatting, the treadmill and certain gym aspects I am not willing to buy for home.

Sleepy time I think finally, so Muah and as always...
