This morning I threw on my new "Train Like A Beast Look Like A Beauty" muscle tank that I ordered from ogorgeous.com ! Love it, then I headed to the gym!
I started with 25 mins of cycling class then did 10 mins of my gyms version of P90X called P30X then headed over to do 50 squats with 20 pounds of weight on the assisted bar. After squatting I did 20 weighted bench presses. I moved over to do some kettle bell work. I ended with some leg presses and abductions and adductions! That 60-90 mins in the gym was great! I have as usual continued to eat well throughout the day. Meal ideas are soon to be posted. Whether you are like me and prefer working out in the comfort of your home or love the gym and the open outdoors, get up, get out and do something!!!
