Yes hard work does pay off! And the best thing is I still have my curves! I am proof that if you can keep going, you will see results. Never lose sight of your goals. 37 pounds lost and I have no damn intentions on finding them! Team FIT and Happy! Go out there an be great! You'll be more than happy you made that choice.
