Tuesday's Workout

Abs and Arms

Abdominal machine 50 at 65 lbs.
Back extension 50 at 55 lbs.
Arm extensions 50 at 40 lbs.
Arm curl 50 at 30 lbs.
Overhead press 50 at 45 lbs.
Chest press 50 at 35 lbs.
Lateral raise 50 at 30 lbs.
Lat pull 50 at 50 lbs.

Cardio

Run/Walk ~ 4 mi. to and from the gym and including the treadmill
