Hip Adduction 50 at 40 lbs.
Seated leg curl 40 at 40 lbs. 10 at 30 lbs.
Leg extension 10 at 80 lbs. 10 at 70 lbs. 10 at 60 lbs. 20 at 50 lbs.
Back extension 20 at 50 lbs.
Abdominal machine 50 at 70 lbs and 50 at 60 lbs.
Leg press 10 at 110 lbs. 40 at 120 lbs.
Incline situps 25 with 10 lb. weighted plate
Incline Russian twists 20 on each side with 10 lb. weighted plate
Cardio
Run/walk to and from the gym
