O-M GOSH!
OMG! It has been waaayyyyyyy too long since I have graced my own blog! I have missed all of you and am so darn sorry that I have not been here for you guys. Even more cray cray is I have been kinda missing in action on all of my Glam FIT Butterfly social networks as well AHHH!!!! No good. This is the very worst part of all... I have been cheating on my healthy living!
Let the Otis screams and tears start now...
OK. What has been happening in my life? MAJOR changes.
1. I found out that I would have to rush and find an apartment with barely a dime to my name due to the fact I had not continuously worked in a bout a year and not from lack of trying. :(
2. I found a roommate so then I had to find that apartment much quicker! (within like a week or 2) Who would move me? Where I go? Would I be able to afford this place? Where's a freaking JOB? Am I going insane? YES!
3. I worked 3 different temp jobs in those 2 weeks and looked for apartments and did my grad school work. I was exhausted!
4. I was getting money... I got a school refund. Arsenal in hand, I landed an apartment not too far from where I was originally (Good location)!!!! WINNING!!!
5. I then landed a permanent position, but it was only Part-Time.
6. I moved into my apartment the weekend prior to that job starting.
7. Hating that job stressed me out :(... I ATE and ate ate and ate. I started back drinking coffee. I started back eating sweets. I started back drinking sodas. My alcohol intake increased. I started back eating out. I noticed the changes in my body and my energy. I stopped exercising. I kept going on the wrong path all of October! Who is this person? I felt like I couldn't show my face because I was ashamed that I was letting you all down. :(
8. I love my apartment!
9. I love my roommate!
10. I love my new car!
11. I love my new-found independence!
12. I hate my bills :)
13. I have a new job and I love it! AND IT'S FULL TIME!
14. Is grad school over yet? Eh. No :( ~ December 2013 ~
So that has been all that has happened within a month's time. Whew! That was a lot!!!
Stressing and being around my roommate have messed me up. I have got to get it together and quick. I refuse to go backwards when I have made so many gains. (BTW I am scared to get on the scale!) I will let you know how this goes this afternoon. YIKES! Pray for me!
I must do way better this month and from now on! I CAN DO IT! I am declaring this month NO-NOvember!!! I am saying no to all the bad and YES to all the good. I am going to make this month my bitch and get back on track! Who's with me? Follow me on all the networks to keep up with my progress! Please help motivate me. I have a roommate now who is not into the workout and eat healthy thing, so I have to motivate her as well. I have a friend bringing me INSANITY! I will tell you how that goes. Right now I am excited. I may change my mind afterwards. LOL! It's going down this month and so is my weight. Last I checked it was 10 more pounds... IDK what it is now.
I will try my hardest to continue to post my journey! I absolutely love my blog!
Crazy story which really prompted this post:
I was Face-timing my cousin in Mississippi, one of who got motivated through me, and it was a week before Halloween. I had gone to buy candy for the kiddies. What did I do that for? I continued to eat those darn M&M packs. So, like any other [NIGHT] (that month) (YIKES), I was sitting there eating them and enjoying them and my cousin noticed and caught me red handed. I was so embarrassed that she noticed and here I am confessing to you all.
Well, this was a rather long post! I hope you are excited. I will be posting the workout calendar soon OK? Alright until next time...
