Quick Tip

For those of you who are like me and detest the taste and or the texture of a certain fruit (or veggie), try it in a smoothie form and make sure it's blended how you like it! For instance, I hate the texture and don't care too much for the taste of a banana and hate the texture of a strawberry, but blended just right, (Kudos to Einstein Bros.) I will actually get those nutrients! You can make this simple at home if you have a blender and ice. Be careful with those made at certain restaurants as they add unneeded sugar. This has been the best way that I have found for me to actually get what I need from these two fruits. You can do this with pretty much any fruits or veggies (ie V8 Yuck! or Green drinks Ok?!). Just try it! It's worth a try! ✌
