An 1 hour workout is only 4% of my day, but why is it that I can barely find the time for it? Before I said it was possible, but this feat seems freakin' impossible these days! I am cheating on my lifestyle with my grad school and worklife. I have yet to find a balance this semester. I usually give you all suggestions and advice, but do you have any for me? UGH! STRESSED BEYOND STRESSED!!!
Not working out regularly is having some negative effects on my concentration, mood, sleep... EVERYTHING! :(
