Hump Day Blues Challenge!

Hey my beautiful butterflies out there! Time for a total body killer! I challenge you to do the workout I did today. How is your HUMP Day going so far? I wanted to share with you my in-home workout today. Try it! Tell me how it went for you. What did you like and not like? Was it hard? Do you think I am crazy? How many of the videos did you make it through? Tell me all of your compliments or complaints!

I did each video in the order they are presented 1 time each. You can do as many or as little as you want, but please try to do 2 whole videos! The workout is approx. 90 minutes (if you do all the videos... WHICH I THINK YOU SHOULD!), and it works each part of your body and includes stretching and cardio. (Works: Shoulders, Arms, Chest, Back, Abs, Butt, Legs (Calves, Inner Thighs)
