I did each video in the order they are presented 1 time each. You can do as many or as little as you want, but please try to do 2 whole videos! The workout is approx. 90 minutes (if you do all the videos... WHICH I THINK YOU SHOULD!), and it works each part of your body and includes stretching and cardio.
