This month I decided to purge the kitchen and buy all healthy foods. I figured out that I need to plan better either by clipping coupons or something because my receipt was way more with a basketful of healthy food than when it's full of bad foods. Here is an idea of foods you can buy to start on your "clean diet" with me. Afterall, abs are made in the kitchen, so put down those cheeseburgers and if you are serious about losing weight and eating cleaner and leaner then this is the only way. Unfortunately I have proven this fact, although I thought I could lose all of my weight eating what I wanted to eat. NOT! It only got me half-way there.
