I threw away all the bad (or old) foods in the house.
I haven't actually been eating any of this and have been healthier for since April or May, but I finally decided to throw away all the bad food, so it won't be easy to find if I ever got the urge to eat them. Actually after being sick all day from just dreaming about fries, I am glad I did this! If dreaming makes me sick than so will eating those things.
Keys to losing weight:
- eating clean: more veggies, fruits, nuts, protein, and lean meat etc.
- exercising: cardio to burn fat and strength training
- Eating: Eat often, Eat in portions, again eat clean
- Mind ove matter
- Plan
