Purge

Out with the old and in with the new! No longer will I let me stomach be a waste basket! Today, I purged the kitchen of things such as OREO cookies (OH how I love you, you double stuffed luxuriousness of cream and chocolate outter yumminess!) Oh sorry, I had a moment! These are my vice! I must stay away! R.I.P. to my Double Stuffed Oreos! We had some good times! I was doing so well until mom brought you in here, but now you must go!!!), chips, rice crispy treats, cokes etc. BYE BYE BYE!!! (N'Sync :) ) Here are some pics! I'm not perfect, but I have seen a difference since I purged the bad things and started taking eating better seriously.

I threw away all the bad (or old) foods in the house.


I haven't actually been eating any of this and have been healthier for since April or May, but I finally decided to throw away all the bad food, so it won't be easy to find if I ever got the urge to eat them. Actually after being sick all day from just dreaming about fries, I am glad I did this! If dreaming makes me sick than so will eating those things.

Keys to losing weight:
  • eating clean: more veggies, fruits, nuts, protein, and lean meat etc.
  • exercising: cardio to burn fat and strength training
  • Eating: Eat often, Eat in portions, again eat clean
  • Mind ove matter
  • Plan

Bye, french fries and all the other hidden goodies!
