Today's Workout!

Today I wanted to do more standing workout and since the routine I did a Friday has my butt and legs burning I decided to focus more on my core and upper body more, although is a little but and thigh action! Of course, I had to add some cardio because you can't see the beautiful muscles you have with layers of fat covering them! You gotta MELT THAT FAT!!! Most of the routine is standing as well. Whew! Instead of Cassey and POP Pilates today, I went with Tiffany Rothe. Enjoy!


You will need:
  • Yoga mat
  • 3-5 lb. weights

It is suggested that you do some mild stretching before and after your workout. It does not have to be 10 minutes each.
