If you're not yet doing some form of strength training, you're missing out and after reading this you may feel the need to add it to your workout each day. Did you know that by building muscle, you can boost your metabolism? This in turn helps you burn more calories, even when you're not working out! Bonus: Sources say (and I do as well) that toning can make a big difference in how you look and even how clothing fits you. Clothes start to fit differently even if you don't lose any more weight!
