This is a very small, "My Fave Things Monday!" Instead of 10 things, I am going to name one thing. You all will soon find out why I like this "thing" and how I use it.
Today, I signed up at www.weighttraining.com! I love this website now that I have started working out at the gym. This website has been very helpful while I am there, since I am used to working out at home and slightly have no clue how to navigate the gym. I needed help and this website provides me with that. They have over 1000+ workouts and even include my fave [blogilates!]. You can create workout plans, you can track your workouts, find out calories burned, find workouts that target certain muscle groups, type of exercises, equipment you want to use, difficulty level etc. Sign up and connect with me. Either way this will be a better way for me to post my workouts on here. It will show how to do them etc. Then you all can connect with me!
Here is a update pic on my progress! Everyone at the wedding this past weekend in the ATL told me how I have to come back and help them on their weight loss journey. That totally warmed my heart! I am happy to know that what torture I may go through is actually working and that everyone is taking notice!
