Today's Morning Workout: Sweat is SEXY!

Today's morning workout that I did was PURE CARDIO! Have your water bottle ready and get ready to sweat (I know I did!) cause "SWEAT IS SEXY!" (Oh boy! Oh boy! Wouldn't you like to see this quote on a shirt as well??? If you don't know what I am talking about, please go here! This can all be done in the comfort of your home, so let's do it! Well I mean you do it cause I already did! :) On your mark. Get set. GO!!!

Remember: The only way to kill that fat is through cardio!
