I was talking on the phone with my BFF, Stephany, who is wildly coo coo for green drinks, about my instagram and she mentioned a new page I should follow. She told me that the lady features really healthy foods and drinks. The lady's name is My Nguyen and her instagram is @myhealthydish_ and her website is www.myhealthydish.com. She also noticed that My uses chia seeds in several of her recipes. She wondered about them, so I decided to do a small bit of research into chia seeds; I found a few good things about them. I gathered these 7 benefits from www.nuts.com:
  1. They help weight loss because they reduce food cravings.
  2. They help make you feel full.
  3. It helps with hydration.
  4. They can help you reduce your blood pressure.
  5. It is filled with Omega-3 which helps with inflammation.
  6. It can control blood sugar as a benefit for diabetes.
