Here are a few items I sometimes and/or always buy!

This New Year resolve to be healthy FOR LIFE! I recommend that these items be apart of your grocery shopping list. Please make sure "not to keep fresh fruits and veggies in the fridge for over a week." Most of their nutrients will be lost. Unfortunately you must buy these things (fruits and veggies) often as they spoil sooner as well.
Shopping List
VEGETABLES:
- Broccoli
- Green beans
- Baby carrots
- Cucumbers
- Baby spinach
FRUITS:
- Bananas (for protein pancakes)
- Oatmeal (steel cut or old fashioned)
- Egg whites (liquid egg whites are easier)
- Chicken breast
- Seafood (white fish, salmon, canned tuna in water)
- Black beans
- Ground flax seed
- Raw unsalted sunflower seeds
- Roasted and unsalted almonds
- Almond Breeze almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
- Laughing cow cheese wedges (low fat or reduced fat)
- Vanilla whey protein (preferably below 3g of carbs and sugars and at least 20g of protein)
- Soy protein
- Salsa
- Lemon
Remember that "Abs are made in the kitchen!" and also that Weight loss is 10% genetics 10 % exercise and 80% nutrition (what you eat)!!!
