Meal Plan Changes

I will do that strict diet every other week. Throughout the rest of the weeks I will try to have at least 3 no carb days, I will eat as many meals as possible (no more than 6). I will eat small portions, no alcohol, no fried foods and no sodas. Limit sweets by decreasing number of sugars/creamers needed in coffee and oatmeal, mainly only eating graham crackers or special k cereal when in need of a sweet. I will be mainly limiting my portions when ever I am not on the meal plan here. I will continue to workout 6 times a week, 2 times a day if schedule permits. In case you missed it I am going to complete the whole month of April!
