While you wait... :)

SORRY GUYS! I'm totally BUSY BUSY BUSY prior to this SPRING BREAK, WOWZERS! So, I will give you a totally awesome blog about these past 2 weeks on the 8 WEEK MEAL PLAN by Sunday! ARE YOU READY TO CHECK IN ON ME?! I know you are! I have so much to tell you and so many wonderful results thus far with even my own special tweaks to the Meal Plan! So get ready!

BTW the greatest thing happened to me last night!!!! EEEEK I REALLY should tell you what it is, but guess what? I'ma keep it a secret until Sunday, but you already know if you follow me on those social networks! :)

Anyways, try this vid in the meantime! It is SOOOOOOOOOOOO KILLER! You will hate me for suggesting it! Hey even if you refuse to do all 10 burpees (YEP I SAID BURPEES!) please at least try the 10 "UP UP DOWN DOWN" BURPEES!!! I did them before bed and I loved it! Can't even believe I said that!!! I mean like I think I've told you I hate burpees, but eh... I love those! TRY IT! Adios until Sunday :).
