4 beef shoulder top blade (flat iron) steaks
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
2 large cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp parmesan cheese (shredded)
Combine thyme, garlic and pepper, press evenly onto beef steaks. Place steaks on grill over medium, ash-covered coats. Grill, covered. 10-14 minutes, sprinkle with cheese.
