4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon rind
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lite soy sauce
6 smashed garlic cloves
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or baking dish and cover overnight. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees or grill on medium for 5 minutes on each side or until done.
