RED HOT INDEPENDENCE DAY WORKOUT

Today’s RED HOT INDEPENDENCE DAY Workout!

Time to have an “AB-SOME” Day! Mondays are usually my ab day, but I switched it up this week so today is about RED HOT ABS and ARMS. Let’s do this!
