Workout Calendar

This calendar is for the rest of July and part of August!

Follow this and you will be dropping pounds in no time! Also, please please please, I can't stress enough, EAT CLEAN!!!

Your flat stomach is made in the kitchen! Eating clean helps you lose, protein helps build (muscle), cardio helps you melt fat and strength training and other exercises help tone. Remember you cannot spot reduce, you can only spot tone, and the only way you can see the lovely muscles you are forming is to burn fat. (RIP FAT!!! DIE!!!!!)

I will try to post my workouts more often so you can follow those too. At least I can make a weekly digest of each days workouts and some of what I ate!
