A lot to update you on....

2 months ago I was down to 144 lbs. In the last 2 months I have slacked horribly on both my diet and my workouts as I said a few posts ago! This has brought me to a weight of 149.8 lbs. No bueno to be going up right? I can still however still fit into a size 9 though.

I figured I needed to take desperate measures, so I told myself that definitely by January 1, 2013, there'd be 1) no more eating out (and when I basically have to it must be the healthier choice!) 2) I would eat more fruits and veggies 3) I would eat healthier and more often at home and the BIG one 4) not only would I workout, but I would get a personal traininer! YIKES!

Now, I don't know if you have gathered this from reading the blog, but I HATE taking orders from people and pretty much a loner when it comes to working out, but I figured this would jumpstart my behind into gear. We'll see how well this works!

I have went twice so far and he is definitely kicking my behind. I know for sure I am definitely not a weak person as I will myself to keep going until my body taps out! My trainer is a friend-of-a-freind, he doesn't take it easy on me at all, he is a military vet, in shape and not taking any crap from me! The craziest of the things is working out to counts of 4's (military style) where by the time you get to ONE, you have already done for 4 of the move. Example: one, two... three, four.. ONE, one, two... three, four... TWO, two... three, four... THREE and so on... INSANE! I think he is reliving a moment in his past lol. I make it through though and I feel like if I get my part together I will definitely see great results. I just haven't figured out how often I want to see him though. He lives 30 minutes away and that's only if I take the toll. At least he's free, so I guess this makes up for the gas and toll I use to get to him at night. We will see. I guess maybe I'll see him at least twice a week and then I will try to do my apartment gym, POP Pilates and INSANITY the rest of the week with one day of rest. I will work that out and let you all know! I will also place my schedule on a calendar for you soon, so you can rock out and slim down with me!

BTW everyone I know tells me I am so small now and some, males mainly, tell me DO NOT need to lose anymore! This is fabulous news to a slacker, but I still think 5-10 pounds more needs to be shed. Well, only if this doesn't affect my curves! :) But, the goal is definitely to tone up and lean out if not lose (hence why I wanted a personal trainer). I am good at the losing weight part, but I don't know much about building musle, toning and the leaning out part, so I am trying to learn, so I can pass it on!
