Citrus & Fresh Herb Salmon

4 (6 oz) salmon fillets1/2 can of pineapple juice
16 oz lemon juice concentrate
2 lemons cut in thin slices
dill sprigs
thyme sprigs

Marinate salmon in pineapple and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes. Take out of marinate and place on baking sheet covered with foil and sprayed with non-stick spray. Place dill and thyme sprigs on top of salmon. Then place lemon slices on top of that. Bake at 425 for approximately 10 minutes or until done.
