I salute you! My intense hardcore workout is today is dedicated to you all. Like the ifeastifightifinish.com blog... I am fighting and finishing today before I do anything else! Let's go!
Plan for the day: Do a hardcore intense workout to get all that I ate and drank (which to you all wasn't much, but for me it was) worked off! Routine: 30 - 1 hr. at the gym-Do the bike (20 mins), the elliptical (20 mins), the stair climber (20 mins) & the treadmill (20 mins)... Next do circuit training with the NTC app (Get Focused 15 minute targeted workouts)... 15 minutes Ab Burner, 15 minute Arm Definer, 15 minutes Leaner Legs & 15 minutes Shoulder Ripper.
I must tell you all about this NTC app later along with how I look and feel after this workout!
