My Thoughts on the "Hump Day Blues Challenge"

It is now Saturday and I have finally completely gotten over that challenge! It was a very tough challenge; I must admit! I'm sorry! I actually took a few videos from my bank of videos based on parts of the body I wanted to target and put them on here for that day. That means whatever pain you felt and however shocked you were, I was as well. I even called myself crazy, but I finished! It was actually, so challenging and great at the same time that I can't wait to do it again! I want to conquer it fully! I drank several bottles of water, crashed and burned a few times, and even stopped a little bit to make notes about my thoughts and feelings during the challenge to post. Here they are:

I was good until Abominable Abdominals! I cursed Cassie out after 14 minutes. I even had to modify some of the moves just, so I could get through them. One day I will be able to do that last 2-3 minutes! I felt your pain people! I really did! Oh well I am going to keep going, painful arms and abs and all!


I just cussed Cassey out again on Butt Blaster! I had to add some modifications to finish this one too. It was still hard, but I finished the whole workout and my butt hurts!


I couldn't feel my legs during FITNESS - Cardio Exercise Workout 4. I did it with a sort of ease! I did say SORT OF! I was breathing SO hard and SWEATING (not so sexy) by then. :) Ready for the last one I think... YIKES... last 4minutes... Let's go!

 I lasted 4 rounds on  FITNESS - Cardio Exercise Workout 2 by BodyRock. TV. Let's just say it was not pretty. My heart was pumping out of my chest! I hate BURPEES, but they work so well. I can't let those defeat me!

DEAD!

Either you killed yourself or you killed your workout today! :) I can't type or sit up any longer! I feel like I'm going to throw up still which means...


YOU THINK YOU WERE CHALLENGED! I stuck my foot in my mouth, so I had to finish no matter how long it took me! I'm dying! Why did I think of this bright idea? Hey I did feel good... 10 or more minutes later (as in felt great and want to go to sleep) I was still in pain, but I could now breath again.

The next day my whole body was aching!!! I need to place a warning on that challenge!
