New England Pork Tenderloin

1 lb pork tenderloin
1 med Granny Smith apple (diced)
2 tbsp walnuts (chopped)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp butter

Bake or grill tenderloin to desired degree. Set aside. In small non-stick saucepan, add diced apples, butter, walnuts and maple syrup. Cook on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Slice tenderloin on the slant, arrange on plates, pour apple mixture on top and served.
