Monday Workout Sesh!

Here is the all POP Pilates workout #1 I did today! Yes #1. I have been so super busy and tired and suffering from workout (or more like MAD workout) withdrawals, so I will be doing 2 workout sessions today!

Bikini Blaster 7: Bodacious Back + Sleek Shoulders

I love this Bikini Blaster! It my back, arms and shoulder feel wonderful and all warmed up after I do this video everytime. I'm gaining some biceps and I love it! A(r)mazing!!!
