I feel I need to start posting some of my fave snacks and meals when I eat them. It may help you all. Here's one from Saturday. I called it brunch because it was a late lunch. It's mainly protein filled which is good and it has fruits and veggies. Here you go!
Meal:
2 slices of Multigrain wheat toast (although 1 slice is best) with a little grape jelly (very little; just enough for taste, but not needed)
Egg whites cooked with baby spinach leaves and picante sauce/salsa
2 slices of 98% Fat free Turkey Bacon
Watermelon
A few almonds
Coffee
Water
It was all portioned small although it sounds like and possibly looks like a whole lot! I had the whole day to work it off as well.
